how to be anorexic

dont give innnnn!!!! horray for obese women! back in the day curvy women were the thing to be ; ) maybe i need to go back then. but the there would be things i would have to give up that i love too much ... darn cant win!
Here's the key: pay attention to calories; but ignore other people's opinions of 'ideal weight'. It depends on one's age, height, build...so many things. In time, just by using your own eyes, feelings and sense of well-being, you'll realize what your ideal weight is.

That's crazy. You and I are approximately the same height, and I've heard that our ideal weight should be 50-55 kilos! (Not taking into account the bone structure, muscle mass, and other stuff.) I'm well above that weight, but I'm still healthy, so I guess I'm just a little plump weight-wise.

I think the book you saw was a fraud. Don't go by it. Just eat properly and be active (you live at your parents, don't you? Count yourself lucky!) aand stick to reading fiction instead! ;)

Okay, for those of us who live in lbs (I'm working with kg but it's hard sometimes) that under 90 lbs. Unless your under 5 ft tall, you should not be under 90 lbs. That's ridiculous.
@Semtia: Thanks for the cheer:)

@Aubrey: My ideal weight would be around 48 kgs...I think.

@Brown Suga' : Yeah the book's a quack. I think I shall take your advice about reading fiction!

@lostdwarf: uh. I am just a few centimetres above 5 ft. :D I am about 110 pounds? and aspire to lose a few...but darn its difficult:(

You know, the actual weight isn't what matters. It's a sense of health. At your present size/health, are you able to do the things you want to do? Do you have enough energy to accomplish things? Do you have enough energy to accomplish MORE than what you think you can?

For me, that's the goal. Hell, you're already gorgeous, the weight's nothing!

[this is good]
well I am 5'4 and I am 100 pounds. I can't help it. It isn't fair you only think of curvey to be beautiful. That makes me feel bad for being skinny. i have a high metabolism and little appetite
