I went to Crosswords yesterday to buy a birthday gift for a friend and ended up checking out the Health section. I picked this book called ‘Count your Calories’ and according to it, i was moderately obese! I then looked at the ideal weight which was apparently 37.7 kgs for my height, which is the perfect weight only if I wanted to be anorexic!
